Marketing with empathy
Marketing can be pushy and intrusive. Companies that really want you to buy what they are selling and they do not stop at anything to achieve their goal. They’re walking a thin line, though, since they run the risk of annoying people through their aggressive behavior.
There’s another way. A way that’s filled with compassion and empathy. A way to speak to your customers to make them feel truly seen. Tell them a story that resonates with them. Make them a promise that if you buy this, it’ll enable you to do that.
Serve them with care and an intention to make their lives better. Understand their needs and wants, what makes them tick. Be open to understanding their worldview. Do not let them down.
